Detail on the Gazelle that I have. 

Plans  NZTYA Approved designs (plans) are held in a storage in Auckland. They are not easly retrieved but I have got copies.

Builder was Dart Services.   

Rating.  This is a time correction factor that is used to make allowance for the different types (speeds)  of NZTYA approved Trailer yachts.  The rating has come from round the bouys results and there is a manual on its calculation.  The rating is used to convert a Trailer Yachts elapased time to corrected time base on the different boats speed with out consideration of the crews skills. 

Club Handicaps. Typically results will also be calculated using a boat/Crews club handicap. This figure is usually based on the Boat and the crews preformance.
